The organization of the Olmecs of Tabasco announced the hiring of Tibu Jarocho, who was the mascot of the extinct Veracruz Sharks of the Liga MX. Now, Juan Carlos Rodríguez will give life to Pochi Choco, the turtle that is the official mascot of the Tabasco franchise, in the Mexican Baseball League (LMB).

The ninth announced it with a video on his social networks, in which he looks at Tibu, with his costume of the Parka, entering the Centennial Park February 27, home of the Olmecs. This was completed with the following message: “ We are very happy to receive Tibu Jarocho in the green hell , who will be part of the 2020 Season as our pet Pochi Choco. Welcome Tibu! ”

Then a couple of photos were shared where Juan José Robles, general manager of the Olmecs, delivers a suitcase with the ninth mascot costume.

Meanwhile, Tibu responded in social networks that he already had a new job and that Pochi Choco will now come alive and that the new suit will be known in the opening match, which Olmecas will play against the Lions of Yucatan (the series will be held from 7 to 9 of April).
He also thanked the opportunity that the representative of Tabasco gave him "to reach the green hell using his pet ."

After the disaffiliation of the Red Sharks of Veracruz from the Liga MX as a result of the mismanagement of the directive headed by Fidel Kuri , the pet was unemployed and it was on December 26, on his Twitter account that he was preparing his curriculum and He added: " How ugly to end the year like this, but hopefully 2020 is better ."
