According to these researchers, the use of dim lights and cold tones at night and of warmer ones during the day may be the most beneficial method for our health . Experts reflect that the sunset is darker and blue than daylight. Given that the biological clock relies on these characteristics to determine which are the moments of wakefulness or sleep, then the use of blue during the night would be more beneficial than counterproductive.

How to activate the dark mode of WhatsApp

I ngresá the application, and enter the Settings menu. Then select the Chats option. Then enter the Themes option and click on the option that says "Dark" . In the case of Google Pixel 3 with Android 10, WhatsApp allows you to link the dark mode with that of the system. To do this you must choose the option "System Default".

Both Android 10 and iOS 13 can activate the dark mode from the configuration menu. In the first case you have to go to the Mobile Settings menu then choose Screen / Dark Theme. As in the Apple operating system, you have to follow very similar steps: Settings / Display and Brightness and there select the dark mode.
